What another beautiful day today was. Started it out by taking Lilly on a long walk. Lilly loves going on walks; for a girl she has quite a lot of energy, so anything to do with running, climbing, or anything active, she is up for! Upon returning home, we picked flowers (tons of white clover flowers all over my yard) and had lunch with Daddy. It was just a nice peaceful start to our weekend together. Many times today I thought how blessed I am and how much I really love my life right now. Even though a few things could make it better like seeing family and close friends more often, sometimes that distance makes you appreciate each other more and you find that your relationships become even stronger (the ones that matter anyway.) I couldn't really ask for anything better right now! Well, off to wash some dishes (actually, a ton of dishes) and then spend some time with my family before calling it a night! =)
