You are ALREADY almost 4 months old, and I know I say this over and over, but I really can't believe how fast time is flying by for us! It really seems like yesterday that I was driving myself crazy, walking up and down the street, BIG as ever, wondering when in the world the day would come that you would finally make your grand appearance!
And now you are here and almost 4 months old! Both you and your sister light up our lives so, so much. Lilly has such a joy about her and is always laughing, and you, little man, take after her in that very way. You can be dead serious one minute, and the moment I look into your eyes and start talking, your little eyes literally change shape as the biggest grin pops onto your face! You are already such a remarkable little person. I know God has HUGE plans for you and I can't wait to see what He has in store for you as you grow up. My heart almost hurts as I write this thinking about you growing up. I love that you are so little and that you love to snuggle with me so much.. one of these days you won't want to anymore, and my parents always say to just enjoy every single moment while you are so little because before I know it, you will be MY age typing one of these letters to YOUR little ones.
I just wanted to write this letter and remind you how much your Daddy and I and Lilly love you. Lilly is so protective of you already and so gentle with you. The moment you start to cry, she runs over to you and asks, "What's wrong, Lar?!" And I already know without a doubt that you & her will be such good friends as you grow up and play together, I can't wait to watch.
I'm so thankful that I have you, little man. You truly make our world go 'round!
