I am so thankful for these kind of days.. It was the perfect Saturday to stay in, bake, & watch movies.. the typical way to spend a rainy day. Some things we did today:
~ made blueberry/strawberry pancakes & eggs for breakfast; we are cereal-types of people & don't usually make big breakfasts, so this was a treat.
~ cuddled & talked with hubby, my favorite time of day.
~ walked to the grocery store to get a couple things
~ baked brownies per Rich's request =) {so happy the Ghirardelli brownies were on sale, thanks to the Superbowl sale going on}
~ played tea party with Lilly & her animals
~ watched many episodes of those cute, old Donald Duck shows.. Lilly's fav
~ skyped with my parents
~ I ran 3 miles & did squats while Lilly napped. {So thankful this baby is allowing me to still run 3 miles every day as I am already 25 weeks! It is the best way to stay energized!}
~ And finally... JUST finished cleaning the house up & doing my dishes so hubby comes home from work to a spotless house =)
Hope you all have a fun Superbowl weekend! Won't be watching it here because.. well, we don't own any tv stations & my hubby will be working anyway. But I know he is rooting for the underdog, as always (giants) =)
