Today was the epitome of a perfect day. We woke up to some more rain & I honestly didn't feel like spending any more time trapped in the house, so I took the kids to Barnes&Noble. It's where we go most of the time so Lilly can play with the huge Chuggington train set and look at some books.
Little did we know that we were just in time for story time! Didn't really know that Wednesdays at B&N had story time for the kids! =) Little man seemed to enjoy being out too! He has seriously been the perfect baby today, no fussing, nothing. Just smiley and peaceful.. which he normally is 90% of the time anyway, such an easy baby for mama. When we finally came home, we cleaned up a little and made some lunch.
I even got in a great sprint workout on the treadmill and then read some books with Lilly before she went in for a nap. The funny thing about exercising is that working out should never be easy. You should always be pushing yourself or else you're not improving. Now that I am sprinting again, I know that I have to stick to this level of "hardness" and not decline back.
My hubby just came home from work, and we are about to eat some dinner then go to church. Such a good day, wish we had more busy ones like this one more often!
Enjoy your evening!
Here are some pics from our week.
Check out little man's bald spots, haha! Such a cutie he is.
My two little loves
Always sucking on his fingers! Maybe teething early? No gum bumps yet!
I just love these two.
Sweet dreamin'
Stringing noodles onto yarn, should keep her busy for a while!
