Thursday.

Why is it that it's already Thursday?! The weeks keep speeding by, and it seems like yesterday I was telling myself that my sister's wedding was only eight weeks away, now it's TWO weeks away!! I am so excited to see my family in CT again; I really do hate living so far away now that I have kids; it's not cool knowing your kids only see grandma & grandpa a few times a year.. I guess the good thing about deployments was when Rich deployed, we stayed with my family for a while and that way they could see Lilly.

Today is going great so far. It's still pretty hot out, but not nearly as hot as July, so I don't mind letting Lilly play outside for a couple hours at a time anymore. I am so excited for fall - everything about fall I love: the scents, the weather, the baking, the candles, the cooler walks/runs outside, the leaves changing, less spiders everywhere, just everything. =) Def my favorite season.
