Today

It is always a little funny when you, as a mom, "escape" to take a peaceful, long shower away from all the noise & chaos, when your little energetic three year old comes bursting into the room shouting, "Where's Mommy! Where's Mommy! I want Mommy!" I suppose it's a good thing to always feel needed huh? =)

Anyways, today was a good day. Didn't do too much but played with the kids inside all day. Started the day off with my daily run.. I am incorporating many sprinting intervals into my runs and let me tell you it is challenging but I can tell all the effort's paying off!

Random thought: if your kid likes to color like mine and you run out of coloring books, just print off some coloring pages online and it works wonders! Ariel the Mermaid, Curious George, and Finding Nemo were the top choices of what I googled to print off for her to color.

Another very very random thought: Kyla Ross from the US Gymnastics Team kind of reminds me of what Lilly might look like when she is older. Very random thought, yes. But can't you see it? A little?

Well the kids are bathed and in bed, hubby's lunch/dinner is made for tomorrow since he is working a 12 hr shift, and I am getting tired but a little nervous for tomorrow's 2 month appointment for my little guy. I hate seeing my kids get shots, but I know for a fact it hurts the mom more than it hurts the child. Prayers please! It's at 1pm!

I will update tomorrow on how much he weighs and how long he is! I have a feeling he will be a tall one just like his daddy. ;)
