I dare you to get off the couch right now & do this list three times, or twice if you cant do it three times:
25 squats. Try to touch the floor with your fingertips each time you go down and then reach for the sky when you go back up! And if you want it harder, jump up off the floor after each squat!
25 lunges.
One plank for as long as you can count for!
10 pushups, either man or lady style.
30 high knees.
40-50 crunches.
10-15 tricep dips using a chair.
And don't forget to stretch after! =)
Exercise is so very good for you, both physically and mentally. The reason I run every morning is not only to be fit but to put me in a better mood for the day!
