TWO POSTS IN ONE DAY?! Yes, I totally forgot, I saw this amazing quote this morning and it challenged & inspired me so much that I wanted to post it to my blog. It is so easy to play the "comparison game" lately these days isn't it. Be honest, when you found out your friend's kid started potty training, did you automatically think to yourself, "Hmm, I wonder if I should start potty training MY kid.." I won't lie, I do it all the time and it's not a good thing.. We all compare ourselves to others all the time at some point, whether it's how big a house she has compared to what he has, or how nice her hair looks compared to how mine looks, etc... and it can seriously lead to a bunch of pride, frustration, annoyance, etc...
To keep it simple, just don't do it. Or try not to. Be happy with what God gave YOU today.
